Whether it's identifying innovative ideas to increase brand advocacy, finding new ways to boost employee engagement, or recognizing how to generate alternative revenue, the ideal candidate sees opportunities others don't see, and can do things others aren't able to do. Additionally - and perhaps most importantly - the ideal candidate is never afraid to speak up and fight for what they believe in.
Key Responsibilities:
- A strategic generalist and rational thinker that can work through a variety of different client problems and provide logical solutions
- Work alongside clients to uncover business needs and objectives, as well as identify and implement strategies to help achieve client goals
- Execute and/or support in the execution of a broad variety of work types: planning, brand strategy, campaign planning, competitive and market analyses, creative briefing, trends analysis, insights generation, connections planning, etc.
- General support to the Chief Strategy Officer in the development of client solutions as required
- Be the 'big brain' in the room that Account Managers call upon to inform client engagements
- Live and lead our company values and culture in all you do
- Candidate must be willing to travel
Requirements:
The ideal candidates must have more than 5 years of agency-side experience, and be well-versed in both B2B and B2C brand planning and execution across a variety of categories and communications tactics. The best candidates will also be intrapreneurial, meaning they have many enviable characteristics of entrepreneurs in how they think about business and applying diverse skill sets to tough problems, yet want to be part of a bigger team and apply existing IP rather than develop their own and do all the heavy lifting of building a large book of business on their own.
