OverviewAs a Strategist at Redscout, you drive our project work forward, identifying key insights, building brand ideas, generating product/service solutions, and crafting strategies to help create change for our clients.
Responsibilities• Participating in the development of pitches, project approaches and methodology.
• Crafting and delivering presentations and deliverables that provide clarity and impact.
• Designing client workshops and meetings to achieve understanding and alignment.
• Mentoring junior strategy team members on project work.
• Guiding expert, stakeholder and qualitative research, from methodology development through moderation and synthesis.
• Combining and filtering content from multiple inputs to identify meaningful and relevant observations and insights.
• Ideating brand ideas, strategies, and product and service solutions that are relevant to consumers and satisfy business objectives.
• Building successful collaborative relationships with your strategy, client services and design teammates.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience working in a strategy-oriented role at a brand consultancy, advertising agency, research/insights company, or another related company
- Ability to present with conviction and improvise as needed, answering questions and tailoring material to the conversation.
- Narrative persuasion and storytelling, using visuals and written language to appeal to both emotion and reason.
- Understanding of and ability to apply essential brand frameworks, methods, and tools.
- Comfort with a range of qualitative research methodologies.
- Team player and willing to collaborate across disciplines (strategy, design, growth, operations).
- Open to receiving and giving feedback.
