The Role You'll Play:

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer retention and growth. This individual will work with a range of different client types, complexities, and systems to support and enrich the overall client experience. This individual is a great team player who is proactive and flexible in a diverse and fast-paced environment.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Track and own all assigned aspects of a customer's life cycle journey including: new implementations, health metrics, customer satisfaction, growth/expansion opportunities, etc.
  • Provide continued proactive/reactive client support through various methods including: phone calls, emails, virtual/in-person meetings, webinars, conferences, etc.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives and external projects or requests simultaneously, ensuring that Veriforce meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Ensure customer value by hosting value based conversations, mining accounts for value added services and understanding/working towards the client's objectives.
  • Track and meet assigned targets and KPIs for profitable revenue generation and strategic objectives
  • Communicate with customers, members, and employees to increase loyalty and retain customer's business.
  • Engage clients to recommend new products/solutions by regularly reviewing accounts for customer growth/expansion opportunities
  • Works with systems/databases on a daily basis, providing SaaS (software as a service) support
  • Act as a point of contact for customer complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

  • Experience working with SalesForce and Excel
  • This position requires 40% travel
