ABOUT THIS ROLE

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be crucial in overseeing the end-to-end delivery, activation, calibration, and optimization of our units for our clients. You will ensure that each project is completed efficiently, meeting all deadlines and delivering exceptional customer service and results. This position requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire implementation process for each project, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of each step in the implementation process, including the responsibilities of each team and its members.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the implementation department.
  • Act as the project leader and main point of contact for stakeholders, proactively providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize software project management tools to effectively track project progress, manage resources, and monitor project budgets.
  • Ensure the completion of projects within the specified deadlines, managing both planned and unplanned work effectively.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, change requests, and lessons learned.
  • Effectively manage portfolio of projects to meet department metrics and KPIs


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-3 years of proven project management experience
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Asana, Workfront, Microsoft Project, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and build strong client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project success.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present technical or detailed information to all levels of a customer's organization in a highly impactful manner.
