The Role:

As a Sr. Digital Producer, you will be responsible for managing digital campaigns. Your expertise in the latest technologies will be crucial in overseeing the flawless execution of multiple projects. You will collaborate with a smart and hardworking team to deliver compelling and innovative solutions.

A Day in the Life:

  • Project Oversight:Manage various digital projects, including website builds (including PWA), email marketing campaigns, social media programs, virtual events, and eLearning initiatives.
  • End-to-End Project Management:Develop detailed project plans, work-back schedules, identify potential risks, and continuously update internal and external stakeholders on progress.
  • Budget Management:Develop and manage accurate budget estimates for medium to large multi-disciplinary digital projects.
  • Project Analysis:Critically analyze and review project briefs to distill problems, identify deliverables, and set timelines.
  • Thought Leadership:Provide thought leadership in proposal and solution development and gather business requirements and goals.
  • Team Coordination:Demonstrate thought leadership with internal teams, including learning strategists, digital developers, account teams, loyalty consultants, and external partners. Coordinate team resourcing to ensure team members remain unblocked and focused on prioritized tasks.
  • New Business Development:Offer subject matter expertise for new business development, including solution documentation and proposal estimates.
  • User Experience Development:Facilitate the development of digital user experiences by working with a UX designer to create detailed user flows, user stories, wireframes, and balance technology with design.
  • Stakeholder Communication:Present solutions to internal and external stakeholders, document and diagram digital aspects of solutions to gain approval and alignment from stakeholders, including clients and developers.
  • Client Service:Collaborate with client service teams to ensure the timely delivery of assets, feedback, and effective management of client expectations.
  • Industry Knowledge:Demonstrate and apply industry knowledge in relevant areas such as omni-channel communication, user experience, digital analytics, and personalization.


Are You the One:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience within digital marketing and project management, focusing on digital marketing techniques and various communication strategies.
  • Bachelors' degree or post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing effective digital strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a driven development team and an enthusiastic creative team, understanding what it takes to be successful in these environments.
  • Ability to manage concurrent large and small projects, with strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt direction or focus given competing priorities.
  • High technical fluency and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Knowledge of front-end development, including HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with various software development lifecycle methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, and Scrum.
  • Proficiency in project management software, MS Dynamics, as well as MS Project, Jira, Trello, and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Suite.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SAAS MarTech solutions, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Acoustic Marketing Cloud, and others.
  • Comprehensive understanding of User Experience (UX) design principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to oversee the creation of technical and client-friendly documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Projects; familiarity with Microsoft Visio is a plus.
