Alo is looking for a results-driven leader to drive brand growth and new customer acquisition through paid media channels. This individual will be responsible for developing vision, strategy, and executing performance-based growth marketing plans including oversight of a multi-million dollar paid media budget. This leader will implement and monitor measurement metrics and attribution modeling in partnership with the growth analytics team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with digital product & engineering to implement advanced analytics & tracking capabilities across all digital properties.
- Develop and drive innovative growth and paid media strategies to meet revenue and consumer targets, with a focus on sustainable, efficient growth. Oversee channel roadmap, optimization and expansion.
- Oversee SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate, CTV/OTT and all paid media investments for the brand. Scale and optimize investment, focusing on acquiring new customers while achieving efficiency (LTV/CAC and ROAS) goals.
- Build, monitor, and own paid media KPI reporting on actual, budgeted and forecasted spend and return projections on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Use paid investment measurement and analysis to inform decision-making and results. Utilize measurement and attribution modeling (MMM, MTA, UMM) to gain insights into effectiveness of digital marketing.
- Own brief and content development with creative team to optimize ad performance and drive brand image.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, creators and partners. Identify and build case for outside services as required to drive results and deliver to brand targets.
- Lead and develop a best in class, high-performing team of digital media marketers. Establish goals for functional team and direct reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8-10+ years of experience leading paid digital media and/or growth/performance marketing.
- Advanced understanding of direct response metrics and ability to measure program/campaign ROI across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other platforms specific to customer acquisition.
- Growth mindset, with a bias toward change and comfortable operating in the grey.
- Deep understanding and proven track record of managing acquisition campaigns, strategies, and benchmarks.
- Highly collaborative and able to build cross functional partnerships with data, creative, brand and site merch teams.
- Digital marketing expert, specific to emerging consumer and media trends.
- Proactively engage with external partners and stay on the pulse of new trends and platforms to inform future engagement strategies
- This position requires you to be in Los Angeles and work onsite 4 days/week
The base salary range for this position is $190,000-$225,00 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
