Role Overview:
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in both strategic execution and daily operations. You'll work closely with executive leadership, contributing to strategy while owning the day-to-day management and execution. This role is perfect for someone who excels in digital advertising, project management, and vendor relations, and who is ready to take on a leadership role as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Marketing Strategies: Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Digital Advertising Expertise: Lead the development and execution of our digital advertising strategy, optimizing campaigns across paid social media, SEO, and programmatic channels.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily marketing operations, including ensuring that all restaurants receive their marketing orders, managing guest recovery communications, providing regular performance reporting, and addressing any operational issues.
- Project Management: Coordinate and participate in the creation of the overall Marketing Strategy, oversee the marketing calendar, manage new product launches, and lead cross-departmental collaboration on key initiatives.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, including designers and third-party delivery services, to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI on all initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Collaborate with analytics experts to base decisions on data, contribute to insights, and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
