Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Market, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for executing activities related to our client and customer base, aligning with WESTPAK's business objectives. The primary goal is to acquire new clients for Westpak while nurturing relationships with current top customers. In this role, you will research and identify prospective customers, initiate contact with potential buyers, present WESTPAK's value proposition, and guide clients through the process of engaging WESTPAK services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned as needed)
  • Achieve quarterly order and revenue goals for the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high business retention and increased wallet share.
  • Dedicate at least 75% of your time to engaging with new and existing clients through phone calls, emails, lab tours, and virtual meetings.
  • Log all activities and customer information into the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating with operations, finance, and other departments to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required.
  • Follow up on new leads from tradeshows, local events, and digital platforms.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance from sales leadership.
  • Create detailed sales business plans and customer presentations.
  • Guide leads and opportunities through the process of getting Westpak onto the Approved Vendor List.

Requirements for Eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong customer orientation and good communication and presentation skills and data process skills are a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce CRM.
  • 5+ years of related inside sales experience and/or demonstrated sales capability.
  • Past track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently year over year.
  • Proven ability to sell both individually and with the assistance of supporting personnel.
  • Business to business sales experience is preferred.
  • Must be energized and self-motivated and can work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license and have a reliable driving record.
  • A passion for sales and making a positive change in our customers 'lives.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time; some overnight travel maybe required to support trade-shows.

Currently anticipated salary range- $ 80K-95K DOE and a sales target bonus plan.
