Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to MEG's mission of delivering high-quality environmental solutions to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Appointment Setting : Working with our local outside sales team to assist with appointment setting.
- Sales Development: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell MEG's services and products to meet client needs.
- Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up on sales leads to convert them into business opportunities.
- Quoting & Proposals: Prepare and present accurate quotes and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales, marketing, and operations teams to support business growth and client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven environmental experience with inside sales, customer service, or a related role (2+ years environmental services industry experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
