Step into a leadership position at one of the largest and fastest-growing B2B agencies in the country. In this role you will lead a cross-functional team of account management, strategy, creative, and media professionals, delivering work that makes an impact in the market for our clients. You will be a partner to senior level clients from Fortune 500s as well as high growth startups. These clients will look to you for support across a wide range of activities including research and business strategy, branding, digital experience, market activation, sales enablement, and more. You will be supported by a team of strong and collaborative client service professionals who have proven an ability to deliver results.
What You'll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges and provide strategic guidance to align campaign efforts with their goals.
- Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and growing account revenue.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that drive client success.
- Collaborate with clients to define clear objectives, KPIs, and deliverables for each campaign.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations and ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective.
- Oversee a team of account managers providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including creative, media, and analytics teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Use data and analytics to drive strategic decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
What We're Looking For- 15+ years of marketing experience, including a depth of experience within an agency environment and including B2B
- Proven history of driving account growth
- Excellent at managing and leading clients, along with a large cross-functional agency team
- Strategic thinking that translates into account and business strategy
- Experience in the development and implementation of integrated marketing programs that increase awareness and drive demand
- Proven ability to develop deep client relationships built on trust
- Track record of delivering impact for clients and ensuring client satisfaction
- Experience working with clients looking to grow and evolve their marketing approach
- Passion for working across a range of clients and marketing disciplines
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
