Lead Strategist who understands that human-centricity is the only way forward for brands and is laser-focused on building uncompromising solutions that build and maintain strong brand foundations. Lead Strategists are agile problem solvers who can quickly adapt to various project needs, create human-centric plans for new opportunities, and support project workstreams with little oversight, delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.

- Lead strategy workstreams and support the strategy, research, creative, marketing and design disciplines to ensure project success
- Analyze and synthesize findings from consumer, brand, and market research to build strategy roadmaps and develop insightful, informed, and actionable strategic plans
- Support the Strategy & Research practice to achieve internal goals including building a culture of documentation, thought leadership, and customer expertise
- Ensure that all solutions delivered are human-centered and build towards achieving the client's brand vision
We would like you to have... - 5-8+ years of experience as a brand strategist or account planner
- BA/BS in related field
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and in client-facing roles
- Proven experience in design and development of briefs, presentations, insights, audience personas, and brand and competitive audits
- Experience designing and hosting in-person workshops with high-level client stakeholders (virtual workshop experience also a plus)
- Strong understanding of and experience with foundational brand strategy methodologies, discovery work, market and audience research, industry trends, and consumer behavior analysis
- Ability to quickly analyze, distill, and present complex subject matter with people at all levels within an organization in a remote environment
- Willingness to either lead or learn depending on the task at hand
- Aviation, technology, healthcare, and financial experience a plus
