Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a demonstrated history of successfully leading initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in sales operations, sales finance, and sales systems, with expertise in Salesforce, Zuora, and Keylight.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in change management and risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
