Who You Are: A seasoned professional in the Tech Services industry, you have a proven track record of generating significant growth through both existing and new business avenues. Your expertise spans the full sales cycle, and you are adept at engaging with key decision-makers in both new and existing client bases, leveraging the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities: - Solution Development and Client Engagement
- Create/match solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
- Technical knowledge relating to delivery and coding experience
- Interact with senior management within MatchPoint and at client sites, strategizing on pursuit, developing client relationships, and applying cutting-edge transformation strategies or point services.
- Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
Strategic Sales Activities: - Lead sales activities within large enterprise accounts, guiding specific sales actions (revenue outcomes)
- Has the proven ability to manage existing accounts for growth and bring new logos/business based on his/her own relationships and outbound prospecting
- Proven success and comfort in a KPIs driven sales environment and thrives on outcomes and results
- Leverage in-person client meetings to build relationships and drive results
- Actively collaborate with supporting cross-functional teams such as Delivery, Product, Solutions, Strategy etc.
Sales Expertise: - Minimum 8 years of experience in selling in Technology Services space, managing sales pursuits.
- At least 2 years of experience in direct sales with a quota of $20M+.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
Desired Attributes: - Strong understanding of tech services and product engineering
- Experience in building next-generation solutions and understanding challenges in each/most of the buying centers in an enterprise account
- Ability to provide expert advice on technology choices, technical teams expertise and skills and measurable outcome of the initiatives
- Proven experience with C-Level client relationship building and management
