Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday
(In-Office) with extensive travel required across California, Oregon and Washington
Salary Starting at $100,000-130,000 base pay DOE

Position Requirements- HR Business Partner experience collaborating with and influencing executive, senior and regional leaders to drive HR initiatives and strategies that positively impact business outcome
- Senior level expertise with various Human Resources functions with a strong focus on employee relations, leadership consultation and people analytics
- Demonstrated experience aligning people programs and initiatives with company Culture, Core Values and business goals
- Experience working with multi-site locations (as this role works with locations across California, Oregon and Washington) preferred
- Manage local recruiting team and support corporate recruiting initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Human Resources Certifications highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years HR Management experience required
- Travel required throughout California, Oregon and Washington
- Bilingual a plus
