Description: Responsible for creating and assigning Salesforce cases. Providing training to team members and members of other teams on how to work PEAQ cases in Salesforce. Responsible for maintaining training documentation, coordination of trainings, access request to needed software, etc. Will use FAQs and canned reporting to respond to inquiries and reconsiderations requested by Providers. Will create and maintain "at a glance dashboard reporting" that will enable upper level leadership to understand operational dispositions. This resource will also serve as a lead coordination consultant for operational and/or project work assigned and partner with the other teams to assign Salesforce cases. Will create workflow and process documentation. Responsibilities will include project management and business analytic (requirements gathering) skills
