Minimum Qualifications: * Active RN license in the state of employment * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing * BLS certification required * CPI certification required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities: * Assessing and documenting patient symptoms and medical history * Developing and implementing nursing care plans * Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians * Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care * Educating patients and their families on disease prevention and management * Documents patient effectiveness of nursing care. * Participates in formulating, maintaining, modifying, and evaluating an individualized age specific problem based on the patient's assessed needs. * Treats each patient with dignity and care.
