• Provider Team: 4 OB/GYN Physicians, 2 GYN Physicians, 5 NPs, 3 CNMs, & Growing
• Office Locations: Lexington & Nicholasville, Kentucky
• Hospital Affiliation: Baptist Health Lexington
• Post-Call day off.

Qualifications:

• Kentucky APRN:CNM license & DEA.
• Former experience as a CNM preferred. Will consider new graduates with past L&D RN experience.
