Position: Call Center Representative Location: Rockville, MD Pay: $18-$22/ Hour Type: 6 Month Contract About the Role: Our client is seeking a team of motivated and articulate Customer Service Representatives to join them in a contract capacity. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and identify their needs.
- Research and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, following established procedures.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to enhance the customer experience (depending on the company).
- Document all customer interactions accurately and concisely in our CRM system.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
- Minimum of one year of Call Center Experience.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong computer and technical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
