Qualified candidate has the ability to earn $60K Annual Salary plus commission to start
Required Skills:
- Automotive repair knowledge (general to excellent)
- Superior phone, communication, and customer relation skills, including conflict resolution
- Problem-solving, both independent and collaborative
- Computer proficiency. Dealertrack and Global Connect experience is a plus
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Complete honesty and integrity
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Works effectively across departments
Job Description: The Warranty Administrator will perform the following:
- Claims processing of factory claims and service contract support
- Receive, organize, and review service contract claims
- Approve payments for network and non-network claims
- Phone support
- Receive and process phone calls, faxes, and emails from service contract providers
- Handle customer complaints and other warranty inquiries
- Reporting and analysis
- Report pending and rejected repair orders to service manager
- Analyze claims data for trends and controls
- Review and submit Fleet claims
- Report on delinquent accounts and past due payments
- Other tasks as assigned
