Job Description
Gerald Hyundai is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their team in North Aurora.
  • Ability to learn and understand the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
  • Establishes and maintains a productive relationship with the manufacturer representatives.
  • Review warranty repair orders for accuracy and required documentation.
  • Monitors for abuse and fraud including excessive diagnosis and straight time.
  • Reviews all returned and rejected warranty claims, correct all errors, and resubmit claims.
  • Provides daily reports to the management team regarding claim status.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year previous warranty administrative experience.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • DealerTrack experience preferred.
  • Kia or Hyundai experience is a plus but not required.
