A leading food manufacturing company is in search of detailed-oriented and organized Clerical. The Front Desk Admin will play a crucial role in supporting the sanitation team by handling administrative tasks efficiently and ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Manage communication within the department and with other departments regarding sanitation-related matters.
Support HR with Time and Payroll Management (TPM), paycheck distribution, and employee orientations
