Ideal candidates will be creative and analytical. Should seek to build off of current foundation, and improve procedures and methods already in place. Candidates should be able to take feedback and criticism to improve productivity.Essential FunctionsFollow up on distributed leadsGenerate store traffic and contribute to the markets successHandle customer inquiries both by phone and textSupport sales force by generating sales leadsFollow communication scripts when handing different topicsResearch required information using available resourcesProvide customers with product and service informationCandidates should be able to take feedback and criticism to improve productivity and characterCompetencies Attention to Detail: Taking responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical DemandsMust be able to sit for long periods of timeThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.TravelNo travel is expected for this position.Required Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma or GEDPreferred Education and ExperiencePrevious office experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesExperience in a call center or customer service environmentData entry and typing skills (including 10 key)EssentialsPositive attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredMinimum two years of related work experienceEffective communication skillsInterest and understanding of technology products and servicesBusiness ownership mentalityCompensationThe highest in the wireless industry
