**Job Title: Warehouse Associate**

**Job Description**

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will be responsible for operating machinery, performing setups and changeovers to cut metal, and lifting and moving metal spacers on and off machines (up to 25 lbs).

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

+ Perform setups and changeovers to cut metal.

+ Lift and move metal spacers on and off machines (up to 25 lbs).

+ Operate overhead crane.

+ Engage in manual labor tasks as needed.

+ Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including lockout procedures.

**Essential Skills**

+ General labor experience.

+ Proficiency in machine operation, setup, and changeover.

+ Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.

+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.

+ Experience with overhead crane operation.

+ Familiarity with stainless steel handling.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Open to working day or night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Our facility is clean and climate-controlled, with a requirement for uniforms and steel-toe shoes. You will be working with a team of 4-6 individuals.
