Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage receiving and labeling of raw materials using proper storage codes
- Manage raw material input in SOLENIS computer system (SAP) and COA filing
- Manage FIFO system of raw materials in the warehouse
- Pick and set-up flammable raw materials and hot box materials for production
- Confirm location and production of finished products
- Download COAs for products and match with shipping and billing orders
- Manage picking of finished products ( combine all products for a shipment together in SOLENIS computer system, SAP)
- Manage TMS report ( carriers and shipping numbers for all daily deliveries leaving the facility)
- Turn placards for correct product representation
Knowledge and Skills Required: - High School diploma or GED
- Permanent U.S. residency status
- Fork lift certification with excellent record
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to pass drug screen , physical and background check
- Basic computer skills (SOLENIS will train for company's computer program, SAP)
Hazardous Materials: SOLENIS employees will receive annual training to ensure
- compliance with hazardous waste management procedures
- respond to emergencies using proper procedures, equipment, and emergency systems ( automatic waste feed cut-off, alarm systems, production shutdown)
- All employees are expected to comply with established safety policies and wear company supplied PPE including a respirator
