Possess a CA License. Schedule Information CALL OT after 40 hours/week. BILL OT after 40 hours/week. FLAT RATE FOR ALL OT. Call Requirement - RN's: Some nights and weekends; 1 week nights per week. 2, 12 hour weekend call shifts a month. Call Requirement - CST's: Some nights and weekends; 1 week nights per week. 2, 12 hour weekend call shifts a month. What is call response time: 30 MIN.
