Description of Work Central Regional Hospital
We are currently recruiting for Housekeepers for all shifts
The primary responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Picking up all trash from the areas assigned to them and disposing of it properly throughout the shift.
- Help with set-up for patient activities.
- Cleaning and sanitizing of patient's rooms, offices, bathrooms, and showers.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing hard surfaces
- Cleaning walls, woodwork and light fixtures.
- Claening and sanitizing of bathrooms, ensuring they are maintained in sanitary conditions, replenishing paper supplies and soap as needed.
- Duties may include physical activities such as moving furniture.
The normal work hours are as follows:
7:00am-3:30pm (including alternating weekends and holidays.)
3:00pm - 11:30pm (including alternating weekends and holidays.)
11:00pm-7:30am (including alternating weekends and holidays.)
These are full-time positions and eligible for the full State benefits package including health insurance and retirement. This position is designated
Mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather.

1 year housekeeping experience, in hospital environment.
