In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with a welcoming and professional experience. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care. Qualifications: Excellent communication and active listening skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Empathy and professionalism when working with clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with client management software (preferred). Prior experience in customer service or client intake is a plus.
