We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our industrial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications before they are shipped to customers. You will work closely with production staff to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of metal components and products using various measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
- Perform in-process inspections during manufacturing to detect defects and maintain quality standards.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis for quality failures and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct audits of processes and materials to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Provide feedback and training to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
