The Residential Aide will be the primary connection between the operations staff and the clients. The residential aide will spend a large amount of time with the residents. They will spend this time helping client who need more hands on assistance. They will also provide insight to the current atmosphere in the facility and what are the current client complaints or recommendations.nnSalary $16-$21/HRnnResponsibilities consist of but not limited to:nnPerform Daily room and bed inspections.nnPack up and log items for AWOL residents.nnEscort client to appointments.nnAssist in the monitoring and development of resident's independent living skills.nnMonitor and track furniture.nnPerform nightly bed counts.nnFill in for kitchen staff when necessary.nnConflict resolution between residentsnnCover operations desk when necessary.nnAnswer phones when necessary.nnHelp maintain the cleanliness of the building.nnMonitor common areas to ensure proper usage.nnEducation/ License:nnHigh School Diploma or GED required.
