It took a lot of effort to get your Class A CDL license. You prepared and studied, went to the Academy. Took the time at the DMV.

Then you realize not to many carrier’s want to give you a chance driving because you don’t have at least 1 year’s OTR experience.

Several carriers’ will. You have to be careful to choose the right one. A few will try and take advantage of your inexperience. We won’t.

Besides giving you a chance. We reimburse you for the money you paid out for your Academy tuition. We will also pay you competitive wages and put you through our 30 day hands on training, helping mold you into a good safe driver. For 30 days straight we will take you all over the country giving you the invaluable training you need.

1. you have completed our 30 day OTR training you will come home then take 2-5 days off.

After which you will be assigned your company truck and start earning $1,000-$1200 a week on average.

We have trucks sitting empty we need entry level drivers. Once you apply will well call and do a short phone interview with you.

After approval for Orientation we then get you scheduled for Orientation. You’ll spend 3 days in orientation.

Once completed you will be able to obtain experienced driver level and obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect.

Why would work for us? We won’t keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making big pay checks. We will get you home more often. We use excellent maintained trucks that won't have you parked on the side of the road.

We also offer tuition assistance of up to $7,000 to pay off your Academy loan when you obtained your CDL.

To start as a Class A Driver entry level you must…

• At least 21 years of age driving with a reg license for at least 1yr
n
• Possess fairly a clean MVR no suspensions in the last year
n
• Be able to pass background check
n
• You must sign up at the Drug & Alcohol Clearing House site
n
• Be able to pass all DOT related tests including hair or urine test
n
• Have a current Class A CDL and DOT physical in good standing
n
• Have no terminations for safety reasons.
