Class A Driver Trainee’s needed.   Currently we have 12 openings for   Class A Drivers at entry level position.  We also have many OTR and Regional positions available.

nRegional positions get you home every week.  Sometimes even during the week depending on where your load is going.  OTR positions get you home every 10-14 days for your days off.
n
nYou can start driving with us as a Trainee OTR driver and switch over to a dedicated or regional position once openings become available and you complete training.
n
nOnce approved for hire we then get you set up for Orientation.  You’ll spend 3 days in orientation. 
n
nAfter your successful orientation you will immediately get hired as a trainee and go out with a trainer OTR (over the road) for 4 weeks. The goal is to mold you into a safe successful Class A driver.  You won't be home in your first 30 days.  
n
nUpon successful completion of your over the road training you then get moved into your own truck and bigger pay checks.  At this point you will get home regularly. 
n
nAfter successful completion you will be able to obtain experienced driver level and obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect.
n
nWhy work for us? We don’t keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making big pay checks.  We will get you home more often.  
n
nWe use excellent maintained trucks that won't have you parked on the side of the road.
n
nWe offer tuition assistance of up to $7,000 to pay off your Academy loan when you obtained your CDL.
n
nTo qualify as a Class A Driver at entry level you must…
n• Be at least 21 years of age 
n• Possess fairly a clean MVR no suspensions in the last year
n• Be able to pass background check no serious charges
n• Be able to pass all DOT related tests including hair or urine 
n• Possess current Class A CDL and DOT physical in good standing
n• Have no terminations for safety reasons in the last year.
n• Must have graduated from a credible Academy with aprox 160 hours of training.

nDrivers will enjoy big paychecks while driving late model Freightliners trucks. 
nIf you don’t have your CDL Class A license yet we have Academy opportunities with nothing out of your pocket to start. The program takes 4 weeks then you will go out with a trainer for aprox 30 days for your OTR training.
