Job SummaryResponsible for the timely and accurate movement of proper materials to the Bindery. The Material Handler assists in inventory of customer products; uses care and caution when handling materials, updates inventory control system when material is moved.Duties/Responsibilities:Production Manager and other internal customers to ensure that company objectives are being metSet up materials for Stitcher Operators, Perfect Binder Operators, Cutter Operators, Folder Operators, and Mailroom OperatorsReplace and remove scrap boxes throughout BinderyDaily maintenance checklist for forkliftRead and interpret job tickets and load tagsLoad all mail trucks properly and accuratelyLoad scrap truck with scrap boxesMaintain accurate recordsMaintain proper housekeepingRemove paper balesReplenish empty skidsRemove printed goods from presses and stitchersPerform other duties as requestedAble to work overtime when neededFollow all required Safety Procedures such as PPE's, Ergonomics, Chemical Hazards, etc.Perform job in a manner that protect the health and safety of all employeesPrompt and regular attendanceBasic Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
