We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Package Handler to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling packages in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining safety standards.

Duties

Load and unload packages from delivery trucks and containers.Sort and organize packages for efficient distribution within the warehouse.Operate heavy equipment such as cranes and forklifts as needed, adhering to safety protocols.Utilize order picking systems, including AS400, to ensure accurate order fulfillment.Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.Requirements

Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.Experience in warehouse distribution or similar environments is preferred.Familiarity with order picking processes and equipment operation is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety practices.Flexibility to work various shifts as required by operational needs.
