Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are picked, packed, and organized efficiently. Duties

• Accurately pick orders according to packing slips and inventory lists.
• Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to transport items.
• Ensure that all picked items are in good condition and meet quality standards.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse space to optimize efficiency.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic computer skills for tracking orders and inventory.
