We are seeking a skilled TARP STITCHING TECHNICIAN to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have experience in sewing and fabricating materials, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the required specifications and standards.Duties:-Candidate must know how to correctly cut to measure and assemble and produce all types of traps, flaps and related components.-Knowledgeable on how to sew, weld and manufacturing tarps and their component parts. -Assist with managing tarp shop inventory.-Responsible for correctly reading and interpreting work orders, identify and select correct material for manufacture.-Cut material to the correct size for manufacturing all parts of the tarp. -Install tubing into component parts.-Install Velcro onto component parts.-Complete mobile tarp repairs for customer service for all drive-through tarp repairs.-Communicates daily with production and purchasing on any issues or requests for material for the tarp shop.-Responsible for creating masks for graphics for tarps as required.-Complies with all personal health and safety requirements within the tarp shop.-Assists with packaging all finished goods for shipping when required.-Other duties as assigned.
