Your primary mission: to ensure quality, on-time delivery and cost control for our procurement. You will plan, organize and improve the activities of the purchasing department, while collaborating with a dynamic team.
In a nutshell, here's what you'll be doing with your time
- Negotiate and manage strategic agreements with suppliers to ensure reliable, efficient and cost-effective supply.
- Adjust and prepare purchase orders according to production needs.
- Analyze and manage inventories to optimize costs and lead times.
- Monitor deliveries and manage relations with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Participate in the evaluation of material and subcontracting prices for new customer projects, in order to identify the most advantageous offer.
- Develop and evaluate new sources of supply, while keeping abreast of market trends.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and propose process improvements.
- Monitor supplier performance and adjust strategies in the event of deviations (costs, lead times, quality).
- Update and analyze departmental performance indicators.
