POSITION DESCRIPTION: The welcoming Les Jardins du Couvent residence is currently looking for a Night Beneficiary Attendant. Located in Marieville, where the countryside and city amenities come together, we welcome about a hundred independent and semi-independent residents. Join our team now as a Beneficiary Attendant.

APRPA TRAINING required.
Permanent full-time position, between 24 and 32 hours per week with the possibility of working more hours, at night from midnight to 8 a.m. and every other weekend.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to standards and legislation in accordance with private seniors' home certification and the code of ethics
Answering call bells
Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
Delivering messages to the nursing staff
In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents
Respond to all emergency situations
While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good communication
Knowledge of Symo software (an asset)
Law 90 training
Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
PDSB training
APRPA training
