A minimum of 5 years Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects implementation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of Siebel CRM design, implementation and support.
- Siebel Inbound and Outbound Web services.
- Proven track record of quality code deliveries.
- Experience working in both waterfall and agile environments.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Relationship management skills.
- Collaborative in nature to influence a desired outcome.
