Job Title: Optometrist
Location: Red Lake, MN 56671
Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday).
Qualifications:
Education: Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited school of optometry.
License: Active and unrestricted optometry license in any state of USA. Active BLS
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough eye examinations, including testing visual acuity, diagnosing vision problems, and prescribing corrective lenses as needed.
Diagnose and treat eye diseases and disorders, referring patients to specialists when necessary.
Evaluate patients' eye health and provide appropriate treatment plans.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records using RPMS.
Educate patients about proper eye care and preventive measures.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and incorporate them into practice.
