This inventory is for casual employment in "D" Division Head Quarters (Winnipeg) and various locations in "D" Division (Manitoba).
NOTE: Casual employment is temporary employment of 90 working days or less in a calendar year, to meet needs for temporary vacancies arising from vacation, sick leave, training, special projects, etc. Casual appointees will not be eligible to apply to internal appointment processes.

Qualifications If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications):
Experience in providing administrative support services in an office environment.
Experience using word processing software such as Microsoft Word.
Experience using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel.
Experience providing financial support services.
Experience in providing records management services such as indexing, cross-referencing, filing, retrieving, retention, archiving, or destroying data.
Experience in providing administrative services in procurement.
Experience in using police computer applications such as PROS; CPIC; etc.
Experience in transcribing from audio recordings and proofreading transcribed documents.
Experience using databases for data entry or data extraction.
Operational Requirements Willingness to relocate within 40 km of position location.
Security Clearance Reliability Status security clearance - Varies according to the requirements of the position to be staffed (e.g., Enhanced Reliability Status, Secret, or Top Secret Security Clearance).
