Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Senior Guidewire Developer for our client.
Tasks and Responsibilities Define end-to-end solutions for IT change focusing on the Guidewire Insurance suite.
Create Guidewire centric designs that are fit for purpose from a functional, non-functional, service, and security point of view.
Deliver solutions that progress the overall architecture journey and are aligned to Client’s IT Strategy.
Comply with standards, design approaches and governance.
Required Qualifications Proven experience in Guidewire Insurance suite including Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claim Center, Contact Manager, Guidewire Edge.
Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud Platform capabilities and cloud migration approaches/options.
Experience in architecting integration solution involving Guidewire to the ecosystem’s applications including document, finance, payments exposure.
Experience in integration architecture design and implementation.
Knowledge of digital technologies, cloud computing, and modern development practices.
Certified in the public cloud (AWS or Azure).
Strong knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies (mainly agile).
Strong technical experience with the ability to apply it across a variety of customer and business scenarios.
The role holder must care about technology and how to exploit it for the benefit of our customers.
Financial acumen to support development of business cases and to inform key design decisions.
Ability to balance long-term direction and necessary short-term goals.
Good communication skills with the ability to provide technical guidance to peers and project colleagues.
