Support CI/CD processes and DevOps requirements, including the administration of Jenkins and other automation tools for a wide portfolio of data integrations.
Collaborate with business teams to provide technical analysis and solutions as required.
About You:

Familiarity with Managed Engine solutions (ServiceDesk Plus, Desktop Central, MDM) is preferred.
Solid knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
