In this role, you will provide essential support for the connectivity of IoT devices and have the opportunity to broaden your expertise to include network and hardware support.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with IT-related Issues: Help customers with questions and problems related to connectivity, networks, and hardware, ensuring seamless operation of their IoT devices.
Maintain and Manage Systems: Play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the network infrastructure, systems, and hardware.
Expand Your Knowledge: Dive deep into NetOps, SysOps, and hardware to continuously enhance your skill set and expertise.
Flexible Working: Occasionally support customers outside of office hours, with the flexibility to take time off or work from home as needed.
Must Haves:
Passion for Technology: Enthusiasm for hardware, NetOps, and SysOps, with a strong desire to learn and master new technologies.
Proactive and Independent: Ability to conduct your own research and work independently beyond the training and help provided.
Customer-Oriented: Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Stress Management: Capability to handle work pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bilingual: Proficient in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
