Under the responsibility of the President, the Director of Product Marketing and Growth will be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies to drive the success of our sales team and oversee the go-to-market strategy for our products.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in B2B marketing , particularly in the sale of SAAS software , in the automotive sector.
Responsibilities: In collaboration with the President, develop the annual marketing and external communications plan;
Determine the annual marketing department budget and monitor it;
Identify performance indicators specific to the sale of SAAS software and monitor them to support decision-making and identify solutions to current challenges;
Lead the analysis of market trends and competitive intelligence for website and CRM products;
Define product features, develop go-to-market strategies, and create sales documentation;
Produce comprehensive user guides, sales support materials, and resources;
Plan and coordinate the various phases of implementation of the marketing and external communications plan, projects, and processes, and monitor them while respecting deadlines and allocated budgets;
Develop and maintain sales scripts, including product benefits and objection management;
Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies in collaboration with the sales team;
Track leads and conversion rates;
Create compelling case studies demonstrating the ROI of our solutions;
Monitor and analyze revenues generated by marketing initiatives, making data-based adjustments;
Standardize product packages and maintain OEM certification grids;
Manage and supervise the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence;
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of priorities.
Skills: University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred;
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the sale of SAAS software;
Ability to define, implement, and monitor a marketing and communication action plan;
Experience in inspiring, recruiting, developing, and motivating high-performing teams that promote teamwork and achieve business objectives;
Experience in defining, planning, and monitoring budgets and performance indicators for the sale of SAAS software;
Experience working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial SME environment;
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Proficiency in French and English;
Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset.
