We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our amazing Human Resources team as a maternity leave replacement .
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from A to Z.
You will be responsible for creating recruitment strategies, conducting direct outreach, convincing candidates to join us, participating in all interviews with managers, and negotiating offers with future employees.

This position is hybrid!
Perform all stages of the staffing process for different jobs
Develop talent attraction strategies with the various teams involved
Contact candidates with a direct approach
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes
Establish partnerships with educational institutions in Canada and internationally
Keep monitoring tables (KPIs) up to date
Play an advisory role with managers in order to select the best talents for the organization
Participate in various projects involving human resources.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in staffing/recruiting
Mandatory bilingualism
Certificate in Human Resources or any other related field (an asset)
Knowledge of LinkedIn (required)
Knowledge of the Google Suite
Knowledge and implementation of an HRIS (asset)
Have a taste for “head hunting”
Have a good commercial, willful temperament, don’t take no for an answer
Be results-oriented, autonomous and dynamic
Want to work in a team and have excellent communication skills
