Intact is currently seeking a Lawyer to join its Corporate Services team within the Legal Affairs department.
In your role, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining the corporate structure of the company.
Participating in corporate reorganizations and required regulatory filings.
Drafting the proxy solicitation circular.
Preparing board of directors’ meetings and the annual general meeting.
Drafting legal documents relevant to your expertise.
Supervising the work of the team’s paralegals.
Contributing to the development and improvement of policies and procedures related to the board of directors.
Advising management on strategies to enhance operational efficiency while minimizing legal risks for the company.
