CNC PROGRAMMER

( ) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified CNC Programmer towork on leading edge technology products. The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.
Location: St.Laurent, QC (Hybrid)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interpret technical plans, drawings and specifications to program CNC machine tools to produce parts meeting company quality standards.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures and machining strategies based on part materials and specifications.
Optimize CNC programs to maximize production efficiency while ensuring part quality and precision.
Make adjustments and modifications to CNC programs according to production needs and customer requirements.
Work closely with machine operators to ensure efficient implementation of CNC programs and resolve any issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to CNC programming.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
College diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Advanced mastery of CNC programming and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) software.
In-depth knowledge of CNC machine tools and their capabilities.
Ability to read and interpret technical plans, drawings and specifications.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Attention to detail, precision and ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
