Who are you?
You are an experienced Digital Consultant with minimum 5 - 9 years of post-graduate experience . The selected individual will work within our Digital team to support the development and growth of our Digital services, products, capabilities, and people to drive advancement for Turner & Townsend and our clients. They will be required to work closely with Turner & Townsend project teams from other business units, as well as needing to interact with clients and other project stakeholders. They will support a wide range of projects of all sizes and sectors. This also commonly includes working with consultants from different agencies.
Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Develop, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Perform data modeling and transformation to support business intelligence needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
Design, develop, and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes.
Integrate Power Automate with various data sources and applications.
Implement, manage, and maintain the Dataverse environment, including data entities and relationships.
Develop and implement data integration solutions using Dataverse connectors.
Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
Perform data migration and synchronization tasks.
Collaborate with developers to extend Dataverse capabilities through custom plugins and scripts.
Desirable skills and experience:
Several years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics roles.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining complex dashboards.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing automated workflows.
Experience in integrating Power Automate with various enterprise systems.
Demonstrated ability to improve business processes through automation.
Strong grasp of data modeling and entity relationships.
Experience with Common Data Service (CDS) and Power Apps.
Proficiency in using Dataverse connectors for data integration.
Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
Skills in scripting languages like PowerShell for automation.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
