Responsibilities :
Oversee CRM and database management, including segmentation, analysis, and decision-making based on lead behavior.
Manage email marketing, creating automated campaigns for a personalized customer experience.
Provide insights on ad spend and lead quality through reporting and data analysis.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize funnel performance and customer journey.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for funnel stages and overall lifecycle.
Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize funnel performance.
Identify process improvement areas within CRM systems and workflows, streamlining tasks and automating processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting related to CRM usage and integrations.
Requirements :
Experience with CRM systems like Hubspot or Active Campaign.
Proficiency in CRM management, particularly Active Campaign.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Deep understanding of database management and data analysis.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and best practices in lead management and CRM.
