Responsibilities:Maintain client confidentially by keeping client/attorney information safeCompiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of information before it is enteredMaintaining logs of activities and completed workStoring completed documents in appropriate locationsOperating a data entry device to record or verify a variety of informationAccurately input alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard according to screen formatHandling phone interactions with clients. Setup clients for proper treatment. Handle client and other calls at a fast paceRequirements:This position is direct hirePay is $19.00 (Negotiable with more experience)This position is also eligible for incentive bonuses in addition to two company-wide bonuses each year.Ability work 8 a.m-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8 a.m-4 p.m. on Friday.Must have at least 1 year of recent and relevant experience working in a personal injury law firmCustomer friendly with the ability to work under pressure.Ability to multi-task.Spanish is preferred but not required.Microsoft Word experience is required.
